I know I referred to this collection the other day, but let me say again, this is looking like a great collection. Whether you ever picked up the first collection or not, you really need to pick up a copy of The Leader of the Future 2: Visions, Strategies, and Practices for the New Era. Mine came Friday (I was at Granger) and reading the first chapter this afternoon was a perfect reminder of why I ordered it. With editors like Marshall Goldsmith and Frances Hesselbein you just know it is going to be well worth the price. Be sure and check it out!
