Picked up a really helpful book last week: Church Unique: How Missional Leaders Cast Vision, Capture Culture, and Create Movement by Will Mancini, the founder of Auxano. I’m only a couple chapters into it, but it’s off to a great start. If your organization struggles with direction, this could be a good read for you too. You can pick up a copy right here.
