Reminds me of what I learned working with people caught in addiction.

I often found myself saying when they tried to talk themselves out of jam they got into, "your words mean nothing to me, only your actions."

Same is true for any organization.

Show me what you spend time, money and human resources on, and I'll show you what you value the most.
