How committed are you to taking the necessary steps that will allow your organization to really succeed at its mission? Are you totally committed? Are you 75% in the game? 50%? Or do you just say the right things, ready to trash the concept at a moment’s notice when there is pushback?
I love the central promise that Best Cellars makes: "We’ve tried to remove any obstacles between you and your enjoyment of wine." That is a very strong statement! What if we had that level of commitment to the mission we’re on? Think it would make it easier (or harder) to reach our goals?
