"Meeting Palooza" is my term, not his. But he does say that, "Meetings are by definition a concession to deficient organization. For one either meets or works. One cannot do both at the same time."
Drucker was known for his insights. This is a big one. Obvious, yes. But easier to recognize than act on. My goal: to do only those meetings that can have an action step and then to enforce the action step.
