Oh my goodness.  Talking about why MSN and Yahoo haven’t simplified their home pages, Mayer said:

"Once you have a home page like our competitor’s paring it back to make it look like Google’s is impossible.  You have too many stakeholders who feel they should be promoted on the home page."

Or how about this one on Google’s simplicity vs. that of competitors:
