Albert Einstein said "Figuring out how to think about the problem" was the single most important step in developing the theory of relativity. Isn’t that interesting? And it makes total sense. The question is how often do we really stop to think about the assumptions and presuppositions that are influencing our thinking. That seems to be what is behind Einstein’s effort to determine FIRST how to think about the problem.
Integrated in that same process is the realization that we often are asking the wrong question to begin. Maybe the very first question, once we pause to determine how to think about the problem is to simply ask, "what is the right question?"
